09/2001	Filipino American Network [ FAN ] was founded by Dino Flores, Julie Orquiza, Mark Pulido, Frank Santos and Jun Tolentino.
11/2001	The organization holds their first mixer for 2001 in Atwater Village. Moonie Lantion and Arnold Noche agrees to take part in this undertaking.
12/2001	Dino Flores and Mark Pulido leaves the organization for personal reasons, leaving only Moonie Lantion, Arnold Noche, Julie Orquiza, Frank Santos and Jun Tolentino.

01/2002	Frank Santos leaves the organization for personal reasons, leaving only Moonie Lantion, Arnold Noche, Julie Orquiza and Jun Tolentino.
02/2002	Arnold Noche makes an initial attempt to introduce structure by presenting the “Bylaws of a California Public Benefit Corporation” to the organization.
03/2002	The organization holds their first mixer for 2002 in Atwater Village.

02/2003	With our structure in the works, the organization decides to adopt the following for the interim. • Executive Director – Julie Orquiza • Membership / Administrative Chairperson – Arnold Noche • Promotions / Communications Chairperson – Moonie Lantion • Finance Chairperson – Vacant • Event Chairperson – Vacant Jun Tolentino remains onboard as our Advisor.
03/2003	The organization holds their first mixer for 2003 in Hollywood.
04/2003	Roland Abad and Brian Samson agrees to take part in this undertaking.
05/2003	With our structure in the works, the organization decides to adopt the following for the interim. • President – Julie Orquiza • Membership Director – Arnold Noche • Promotions Director – Moonie Lantion • Finance Director – Vacant • Events Director – Brian Samson Roland Abad and Jun Tolentino remain onboard as our Advisors.
07/2003	Constitution and Bylaws finalized and signed by Roland Abad, Moonie Lantion, Arnold Noche, Julie Orquiza, Brian Samson and Jun Tolentino.
